In general you don't survive Stage 4 Lung cancer since it has metastased to other organs. Generally just a few months. Here's hoping she isn't the norm.

Of the coaches that I worked with personally, she was one of my favorite.

Loved her energy back in the day. When asked to speak at a sports function or fund raiser she brought it man. In her era (and like she didn't have a tenth the staff or budget of the other sports) she made up for it with an onslaught of energy, words, and passion. There was a period there where between Finch, Stobart and McNeliss; she was the better interview.

Always enjoyed her. She handled the '******* in orange britches' situation with class. I'm sure she will do the same here. Travel well.

.
Prayer is the most effective thing we can do for her.

I've been going through treatments for Cancer the last couple of years. That's made me pray every day for a list of those I'm aware of that have Cancer.

I'll be praying for Joye Lee as well.

Prayers for Joye Lee.

I have her picture in my bathroom. It's at the bottom of the poster when they had Memphis Madness at the MSC. It's in the bathroom next to the toilet because Cal's picture is on it too.
