Good question. My guess is that everything will be delayed to hopefully see the infection rates go down before trying to start up.

AD's are meeting to finalize schedule on Tuesday. Right now there are two options in play

1. 56 game schedule with 40 conference games, eliminating Midweek games to lower Covid risks and playing each conference opponent in 4 game series instead of 3.

2 56 Game schedule with 24 conference games instead of 30. Teams would play their entire division plus the 3 East Division schools with the closest RPI to them. There would be two "Bye Weeks" per team during league play that would provide space for reschedules if Covid strikes.

Either way, the season will start on time. A couple of the P5 leagues are playing conference only, so like Football, it might be just us at the beginning.
