You don't want to get down 42-14 early 2nd half. I don't care how good the offense is.

Clemson is going to regret calling that timeout there on 3rd down.

I'm guessing its just a bruise. Lots of whirlpools, win or lose.

Not only lost a defensive leader, they let Ohio St. get a TD instead of having to kick a FG. Bad penalty.

Lawrence is going to have to return to his normal accuracy.

And Clemson is going to need to figure out how to tackle that Sooner Sermon.

Not the game I was expecting. Buckeyes are looking good. Fields had to be hurting right now.

Thats the thing. We know TL is capable of leading Clemson to scores on all of their second half possessions. They could score 28 in the second half.
But what magic bullets can the Clemson coaches produce to shut down an Ohio State offense they haven't come close to even slowing?

Thats the trick.

Saw a clip of it on ESPN. It could have been a lot worse. Before the concern for head safety protocols, a guy running toward a defender who’s got a clear line on him? Probably both guys might be down after the hit?

This wasn’t like he is in the pocket and someone took a cheap shot after releasing the ball. I don’t know how that stop is done differently if this were the pro’s. Looked to be about what I’d expect.

It's a good thing Dabo didn't give any locker room bulletin board material to his opponent. You don't want to help inspire the 11th best team in the coutry.

Dabo may have fired them up but the ass kicking is all Buckeye! If Ohio State sustains this it will be epic!

For the record Ohio State has a Bulldog playing QB and a Sooner at RB.

Sermon keeps getting hit for a 2 yard gain but drags or bounces off people for an 8 or 10 or 12 yard gain. He's 17 for 121 yards in the half.
