Ball State up 27 - 0 in the first quarter over SJSU. Representing the MAC well so far.

Damn, what happened to San Jose St? They sounded pretty good to me.

Ugh, division's gonna be so tough next year

It always is, the West is a meat grinder of good football.

Has the West ever had a single down year like the MAC East?

Not that it would've made any difference perhaps but SJSU was missing couple big play kids and a coach due to COVID-19 protocols.

Yes, SJSU was missing their OC, DC, the Mountain West DPOY and several other starters.

SJSU visits Waldo in September. Do they have a lot of power returning? I suppose given this season doesn’t count against eligibility, they will be a tough out regardless.

I penciled this in as a probable W when we first scheduled them (a bottom feeder in their conference).

I received the same memories on Facebook. A dream come true for me personally -- although my dream would have been the Rose Bowl. When we watched the Rose Bowl after the game outside AT&T it was nice to see that it was overcast and cool while we had perfect weather in Arlington!

Yeah, I assume the rosters will be nearly the same due to the pandemic. Of course, we will be without Eskridge which is obviously a huge loss for us.

RE: BALL STATE BOWL GAME
So after trailing us by 2 TDs in the third, BSU's had lots to cheer for since.

I think this is the big issue facing us: Even if we had held on to BSU & won comfortably, I'm not sure anyone would've been confident vs UB & SJSU.

2019 & 2018 our (the west) champs weren't as strong, but was still a meat-grinder.

Or the top end of the MAC this year was ahead of normal. WMU was (in my opinion still) the best team in the MAC this year from a talent standpoint. Coaching got in the way in multiple games...
