It has been a roller coaster ride for the past 16 months and I'm tired of riding it. She's scheduled for surgery in February but that is up in the air due to the COVID situation and the supply of available ICU beds. I apologize in advance to anyone on the board if there's been times I've been touchy on here. Sometimes, the release of frustration, anger, helplessness, mental/emotional fatigue can rear its head in different ways. I am proudly a person of faith and that has been tremendous in helping to cope with a sick spouse. However, being a passionate Bearcat alum and fan and spending time with guys who share that has also been a coping help. Thanks to all for your love and support of our Bearcats family. My advice to the board is to please love on your family and appreciate every day you have with them because in one instant circumstances can change. Here's to a better and brighter new year in 2021 to all!
