Broussard is pretty impressive. Not sure I buy his measurements though.

I thought there was a problem when I saw Ehlinger the first one off the field at halftime. Very atypical for him.

Hopefully its minor.

His replacement had been excellent.

Final 55-23. Looked like Texas might score again at the end with their 4th string QB and a running back, Watson, I don't remember seeing play this year. Took a couple knees on 3rd and 4th down about the 20 and ended the game with the help of a generous clock manager.

Backup Kasey Thompson tied an Alamo Bowl record with 4 TD passes and he only played 1.5 quarters. 3rd string lead them to a TD, but it was a running play.

Some injuries. 3 Texas players left the game. The Colorado RB stayed on the field but was clearly still in discomfort.

Good night for the Big 12, they vanquish ACC and PAC opponents.

Next up, the Cotton Bowl.

Ehrlinger wanted to go back in but the training staff said no. Called a shoulder sprain. Texas had a couple other "shoulder sprains" and one receiver with "ankle sprain." So first estimate is nothing serious. CU back was using his shoulder. Lots of shoulder injuries in this game. Usually you see more leg injuries.
