Gallup Conducts Captain Obvious Poll
Annual Professional Ethics Poll by Occupation.

Bringing up the @ss end, are......(drum roll)......members of Congress - tied with used car salesmen 03-lmfao

They edged out Advertising Practitioners for the race to the bottom. Just above that is Business Executives.

Fifth from the bottom in ethics are lawyers.

Surprising (for this year especially) are that "journalists" are only 6th from the bottom.

I think that they should include Big Tech Executives. They'd give Congress critters a run for your money.

RE: Gallup Conducts Captain Obvious Poll
The really interesting piece is the difference in % of how admitted republicans and admitted democrats differ in their positive favorability of "journalists".

Journalist: 5% of Republicans have a high favorability; 48% of Democrats highly favor them (28% of Independents).

Likewise, police are somewhat opposite but still enjoy higher favorability from both parties: 79% Republicans; 36% Democrats (48% Independents).

So the majority of Democrats hate police. That makes sense. The majority of Democrats are criminals. Nothing new there

Quote:WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Americans are most likely to name President Donald Trump and Michelle Obama as most admired man and woman in 2020. Trump tied former President Barack Obama for the honor last year but edged out his predecessor this year. Trump's first-place finish ends a 12-year run as most admired man for Obama, tied with Dwight Eisenhower for the most ever.

Meanwhile, Michelle Obama ranks as most admired woman for the third year in a row. Vice President-elect Kamala Harris is second.

RE: Gallup Conducts Captain Obvious Poll
They didn't do accountants this time. I was curious and saw they did them in 2018. Last time they were high or very high in 42%, just below judges at 43% and higher than clergy. Although 48% rated them as average and only 9% below average. Judges had 15% rate them below average.

Police had more positive, but also more negative (18%).
