NU comes into this against a WVU team ranked 9th in the country.

If we're going to keep this one close like Syracuse and ODU, we can't get dominated on the glass. And of course we have to value the ball.

TO's and giving them second and third chances on the glass will lead to a blowout.

Here are Coen and Bob Huggins on NU (2:40 mark)...

NU loses to #9 West Virginia 73-51.

NU played this one without Chris Doherty who got hurt during practice. He was held out of the game as a precaution.

The CAA slate kicks off Saturday and Sunday when they host Elon.

Glad to hear that Doherty was a late scratch. I tuned in to the wrbb pre-game broadcast just in time to hear that we were short a big and I was praying it wasn't anything serious.

One more positive today.....Nwagha. At Orangeville he got half the time on the floor as the starters but almost led them in rebounding...which is what he did today....and a nice block, too. Anxious to see what he can do in the CAA.
