RE: From a Liberty Fan
I’m surprised none of y’all figured it all out yet... that Liberty and us colluded on this Bowl game with the SBC office starting the day LU cancelled on us... and we ducked ULaLa so we’d have that 2 week break (that we didn’t get ‘cause of Troy game) we wanted so bad to prepare for our next game, the bowl vs the Flames.
It’s all been about positioning the Most Glorious Big South Rivalry over the mediocre Sun Belt. Viva la Big South! Shoot, Chadwell was the one who thought it all up, way back when he was at Charleston Southern, because he was so jealous of the Most Glorious Big South Rivalry. It’s why he signed on with CCU, to realize his masterpiece.

Stop blowing smoke. CC was counting on Cincy to lose. The risk of losing to Louisiana was too great. Really nothing lost by CC to duck the CCG. Still get to claim the unbeaten streak and hope they back in to the NY6. Complete and utter chickenshit.

Yep, that's it. We were deathly afraid of the team that lost to Arkansas State by 23. Since this is a group session, that should give you the confidence to speak up about your own fears.

Coastal announces they’re good to go for the Bowl. All quarantined (who were never positive) still tested negative and are released from quarantine.
Was also announced today that we had several offers to play other bowls, vs P5s with opponent vacancies, and in all instances, the P5 said “No, we won’t play Coastal”.

The longer this goes on, the more of a mindf--k it's going to be for everyone involved if Liberty wins this game.

Very real possibility. They’re very good. Don’t get the credit they deserve because most of their schedule was a little light. Did what they should have and won. We know about that...
I mean, truthfully, they worry more than ULaLa. Their QB is significantly better. So is their coach. They’re a worthy challenge. And they’re only going to get better.

Ha....big talk from the chickens who chickened out from the CCG. Only to have most of their team in attendance for the Chicken Bowl a few days later.

So one season of success that ended in the beach chickens dodging CCG and now conference mates are not “worthy opponents?”
CC has the most insufferable fan base in all of college football.

Where did I say you weren’t worthy? I said “they” are. Most people don’t give Liberty enough credit. But go ahead and let your insecurities make it about you...
I did say they worry me more. Very true. If your QB were 10% better, you’d have won on the field, instead of being second best.
But the, being worthy, and better in some areas =/= you not being worthy. Comprehension is hard.

Of all people... you are the definition of irony here. I mean the constant “most of the team at the game” after the whole COVID thing... on and on and on.
You do in fact realize, that like zero or one guys “tested positive”, right. With as much as you seem “to know”, you’ve obviously looked into it quite a bit... like an unhealthy amount. So you’ve obviously read that over and over.
So yes, comprehension, for you, is an apparent issue.

I definelty think a CCU win would have put them in the NY6 as an at large over Iowa St.
