RE: AAC expansion and ODU
I see the carousel moving in a different direction (and as a keyboard commando, I can always pull a Mel Kiper and change my mind daily).
by 22-23:
MEAC disbands: Norfolk State and NC Central to Big South; Howard to Patriot; SC State, Delaware State, Morgan State, UMES scrambling (NEC for DSU, MSU and UMES; Big South for SC State)
Big 12 adds teams: Cincinnati (perfect fit as WVU's travel partner), Houston, Tulsa, SMU, (Boise State/BYU {unlikely} or USF/UCF)
new WAC: La Tech, North Texas; Rice, UTEP; New Mexico State; New Mexico (leaving MWC); UTSA; Sam Houston State
AAC: adds UAB, Marshall, Rutgers, Army; loses Cincinnati, Houston, Tulsa, SMU, UCF and USF
Big Ten: loses Rutgers (to AAC) and Maryland (to ACC) adds Pitt and Syracuse
ACC: adds Maryland, Notre Dame; loses Pitt and Syracuse
new CUSA/east conference: WKU, ODU, Liberty, MTSU, USM, FIU, FAU, Charlotte, UConn, UMass
SUN Belt: no changes
MWC: loses Mew Mexico, adds BYU
