Rayjon...
Tucker was waived by the Clippers on Friday, Ohm Youngmisuk of ESPN.com reports.

Tucker signed an Exhibit 10 contract with Los Angeles earlier this month, but won't get a chance to suit for the NBA regular season roster. Tucker thrived in the G League last season, averaging 23.3 points, 4.8 rebounds and 2.5 assists across 33.4 minutes.

Not sure what's next for Rayjon. Really thought he would make the Clippers roster. Doesn't seem likely he would be picked up by another NBA team right now. G-League may be the best option seems he appears to be on the NBA "bubble". I'm sure he could play in a top European league he he chooses to do so.

RE: Rayjon...
I really don't understand all the monetary restrictions/salary cap BS that goes on in the NBA. But, the situation with Rayjon was rather bizarre. He was traded from Utah to Cleveland for cash (how much nobody said). He apparently had a 1.5 million dollar contract. Cleveland was responsible for paying him the whole thing if he stayed with the team until 11/28, but only 340K if he was waived before that. They waived him on 11/27. So an article I read said Cleveland made a "good deal" in basically getting a 2nd round pick for 340K. Utah traded him to save money (and apparently make some as well) and get more salary cap space. He was picked up by the Clippers and ended up being their last player cut. It was thought he might get a 2-way contract with the Clippers and their G-League team but that didn't happen.

I guess on the positive side for Rayjon, he made 340K and some additional cash for his short stay with the Clippers. Not too shabby. The G-League was cancelled last season, but some of the teams will play in a "bubble" in Atlanta this year. Maybe he will pop-up there, if not in Europe. Hope he ends up in the NBA, at some point, since it is certainly good publicity for Little Rock.
