Watkins is money from a possession standpoint. No drops this season. Just doesn’t have separation speed against the better teams we played.

I don't follow the NFL much, what are these guys realistic chances of getting drafted? They're all good players but there is a big difference in being good and good enough.

Smith is likely a 3rd rounder. Could probably play his way up to the second.
Watkins will be a late round pick most likely.

Mitchell and brown will likely be undrafted. Both will have a chance somewhere along the way, but it’s going to be about the right fit.

Spencer is officially going pro. Right decision by him. Hope he can make a team.

I get Brown, Watkins, and Smith going pro. I get Mitchell transferring. I don't get Mitchell trying to go pro or Watkins opting out when he did.

I don't see Brown making it in the NFL, but I really hope I'm wrong.

I REALLY don't see Mitchell making it in the NFL yet, and I think he will end up taking his name out of consideration and transferring to another school.

I was told Watkins opted out when he did because he was contact traced and wasn’t going to be able to practice or even go into the weight room for 10 days and so it was a choice between prepping for the draft with a professional trainer or sitting on his ass for 10 days.

I imagine that these players were advised by someone that they trust to opt out. Other teams also had players opt out.

247 finally pulled Mitchell out of the transfer portal. He already said a few weeks ago that, yes, coaches were still reaching out to him and that he had already declared. Basically the recruiting services are a few weeks behind. He played in the Tropical bowl 2 weeks ago. Will play in hula bowl this weekend. I ‘believe‘ he’s already signed with an agency as well.

So, consider the source when reading whatever is said about him on twitter today. Nowhere has he said he’s withdrawing from the draft. Don’t know how he could do that after that first game.
