Well, you are not wrong, however, had the Democrats nominated just about anybody but Hillary Clinton in 2016, this thread would not exist today.

Her resume of corruption rivals Trump's and that says a lot.

Per some articles I read, in the late stages of the 2016 campaign, Hillary was concerned she was going to lose the popular vote and became obessed by the thought. She assumed the Electoral votes that really matter were secure and so did her campaign staff. So the last few weeks Clinton was campaigning in places like California and New York to address her anxiety and her campaign staff passified her. Meanwhile, Trump was in PA, Michigan, and Wisconsin nailing down electoral votes.

Stupid on Clinton's part.
