If you want to be honest, if the NCAA had not bought the NIT and used it as an extension of their own tournament Pastner's last 2 teams would have been NIT teams.

We have had lesser teams make the NIT when it was still independent of the NCAA.

Finch's last team made NIT with 16-14 record.

he was out jogging around the lake in downtown orlando

he had to get his miles in
