They took it at 4:18 when FDU called a 30 sec. TO. Goes to Media if it's within 30 seconds of the normal media time.

Thanks. I never knew that. I guess it doesn't happen often since coaches are likely willing to wait so they don't burn a timeout.

Nope, doesn't happen often. Maybe more so in WBB. Had that happen last year and the official looked like I had two heads when I signaled for the media TO. Just called out "within 30" and he nodded.

...and in an even more rare occurrence. Forget which game (possibly LaSalle) neither team called a TO in the 2nd Half so we never used the "first 2nd half TO goes to media" TO. First time we've ever had that happen.

looked like we picked up full court pressure which made a big difference in the second half. nice to see spiker make adjustments and get aggressive.
