He may be waiting for a final statement from the MAC on bowl bids. There is some confusion about whether they are only accepting 2 bids.

That was my question. I still see WMU as projected for a bid on several sites. If you can play a season and you can send two teams, why not send more if the offers are out there?

I doubt the U would fork out cash to attend a Bowl under these conditions.

NCAA is apparently going to allow teams to schedule one more game between 12/19 and 12/31 if a bowl bid is not in play.

I'd have to see the match-up. Might be willing to do it even vs a team we'd be big underdogs in if the payout is good enough. If it's in Nevada vs a 6-2 Nevada team, probably wanna pass on that.

I'm looking thru conference standings now, looks like a lot of match-ups I'd like, the teams already know who they're playing in Bowls. I didn't realize they were already picking bowl games. Georgia Southern, Western Kentucky, Texas-San Antonio, Louisiana Tech, already know who they're playing in a bowl game.

Looks like MAC has 3 bowl games still on right now, including Arizona, Camellia, & an at-large w/ the Cure Bowl.

Would be cool to play another game against a more regional team to avoid bowl travel/expenses but I'd rather pass if it was another MAC game.

Gotta believe weather’s gonna play a big factor in some of these late December games. Just let the kids go home and call it a season.

Just noticed Miami-OH and Ohio U each played 3 games total. Wow.
