He hired the "swamptrash" that he is getting rid of.
So what? He came in as an outsider, unsure of who to trust. Quite a few have proven untrustworthy and it usually takes time to watch how the hires act to judge their character.
I still have not seen a link to a story about Barr being fired or leaving, other than old news that he 'might' leave early. You got one, or you just trolling?
Barr pretty much sided with Trump on everything but this election stuff

Bill Barr was the least politically driven AG since I can’t remember when. He set a standard the no Biden appointee, whoever it turns out to be, will ever come close to meeting. We as a nation were lucky to have him in the last year or so of the Trump administration.
Outgoing (whether he’s ready to admit it or not) President Trump, if he had any sense or grace, would take a cue from Bill Barr - - say that what the Democrats have done is wrong but sadly not beyond-question provably wrong at this late stage. The office of the president is too sacred to be turned into a political pinata, even though he is convinced that he won. And so for the good of the nation he will step aside. Not because he lost, but rather because it is right in these very troubling circumstances.
Bill Barr has that kind of sense and grace. President Trump, tragically, does not.

And it only proves the point that government is full of swamp trash -- across both sides of the aisle.

Yeah, that's the spirit. President Trump, no doubt, fully appreciates the tone and depth of your unquestioning support.
Which goes a long way to explaining how he managed to lose what should have been an unlosable reelection.
