Just finished watching App St bring one home from UNCC after trailing most of the game. Prompted me to make a thread for the week.

Congrats App St, now the rest of you got to keep that ball rolling.

Also, the CUSA tv deal sucks in basketball too.

Essentially neutral courts will make basketball interesting this year (attendance-wise). We will find out who wants it most. I imagine a Coastal Carolina basketball equivalent has fun this year.

Back to back years beating Concord at their premier sport! They'll probably cancel the series soon just like they did in baseball when we started beating them every year.

Troy beat a veteran North Alabama team yesterday.

We played 6 freshmen, 1 sophomore, and 3 juniors, and still came away with a win... can't wait to see what Scott Cross is going to be able to do with this team down the road.

Michael Flowers didn’t play much in this game and once he went out we only played 6 others with our thin bench. I hope Flowers is OK.

Anytime we can beat USM is a good day. That is a basketball rivalry that goes a long way for us.

Side note, TxSt lost to NAIA Lady of the Lake. Not a good loss for them.

ULM and Coastal have both won, now waiting on the Cajuns to bring it home against LaTech.

Here is the ending of the USA @ USM game. With 8 seconds left, a “charge” was called against the Jags that erased a bucket. USM lead 74-73.

The Jags foul USM and they make one free throw to go up 75-73. Then this happened:

Good win, USA.

That bounce was amazing.
