Also, the Houston line has gone up to Memphis +5 from the opening line of Memphis +2 1/2. Looks like all the money is being bet on Houston, line keeps going up. We're missing some key players for this game and Vegas knows it.

Exactly...that and the fact we only have 52-53 scholarship players available due to injuries, opt-outs, and the transfer portal.

I took Houston at -4.5. I’ll be happy to be wrong, but after watching the season and seeing how Houston did against common opponents it’s hard not to see writing on wall. Our hope come from them being rusty and having a slow start.

We are much better at home than on the road.

I wouldn't touch this one.

Almost certainly a high scoring game for both teams.

Defenses seem to tail off a bit towards the end of the year, especially if they are not really playing for a better bowl or conference championship title.

It will be 4 whole weeks since Houston took the field to play a game, so expect a little rust and maybe some turnovers due to lack of rhythm. However, Houston seems hungry to play. Coach Holgorsen said yesterday they are looking to schedule one more game, anybody, after they are done with us and then possibly go to a bowl game.

We have beaten Houston the last 4 years in a row...all very high scoring game...I believe all 4 times it went over 60 points total.

We just got the news that Hart and Goodson are not returning due to transfer and injury, kind of a blow to our leadership in the locker room.

They lost to #7 Cincy, #13 BYU and a pretty decent UCF team...also beat Tulane by 18.

We beat Navy by 3 and South Fla. by 1....easily could have gone the other way...and took a miracle to come back and beat UCF (made this season all worth it!).

Final prediction: Memphis 27 Houston 42....sadly

Thoughts? realistic please.

hart hasn't played this year

wake up willis

WTH? Has Hart been injured this year? Wasn't he a huge local recruit from MUS?

I don't know about injury, but I believe he opted out on the season before it began and then decided recently in the last couple of weeks to enter the transfer portal...sucks, he was a good one. I am glad we have the 4* LB re-commit to us though.
