Kansas postponed the first one. Texas had the outbreak this time. More a staff thing-13 staff members and 9 players. But 28 players are in quarantine for contact with those.

Arkansas State isn't their 1st fbs opponent. IW has already played Texas St, UTEP, UTSA, Fresno St, NMSU and New Mexico with Nevada on a future schedule.

San Jose State can't play on their home field tonight against Nevada. So, they're playing on New Mexico's home field. Or, New Mexico's temporary home field...at Sam Boyd Stadium in Las Vegas.

In case you're counting: New Mexico can't play or practice at home, has been camped out this season at the Lake Las Vegas Hilton, and has been playing home games at UNLV's former home stadium. San Jose State can't play or practice at home, so they're playing a home game on New Mexico's home field..in Las Vegas. Tonight's opponent happens to be Nevada. That's four schools in a 12 school conference.

Lots of resourcefulness and creativity. I'm glad they're playing.

So are they. SJSU is 6-0 and next week they'll be the "home" team in Las Vegas for the MWC championship game.

Ball State sounds more honorable than some of these other schools with their cancellations

Cal-WSU is cancelled about an hour before kickoff due to contract tracing by Cal. They're allegedly down to 2 defensive linemen.
