I don't have inside info, but it was certainly knee related in that he was rubbing his knee and limping on it after he came out the game vs oakland. as i mentioned earlier it happened when you attempted to leap high for an overthrown alley oop. so, it's possibly a quad pull that affects the knee or something like that. he did not appear to twist it or come down funny or something that would aggrevate the ACL. my guess is a sprain that is indirectly related to the previous injuries.

Jordan Strack stated on 6:00 pm sports on Dec 1 (pre CSU game) that Edu’s injury to his knee was unrelated to previous injury. No statement on severity. At least that’s how I heard it.

It seems Edu is cursed by the basketball gods. His towering presence has become a magnet for attracting malevolent energies on the court. Tonight he was almost injured while sitting on the bench when a CSU player came flying out of bounds and landed on him, knocking him over, off the bench and onto the floor. I suspect it is time for AJ to solemnly descend into the halls of the old Field House and break out the hallowed graveyard dust, the poison snakeskin, the Kozelko lucky socks, the Bobby Nichols crucifix, the Eddie Melvin fedora, the dusty old book of Jerry Bush rants and chants, the eye of newt and toe of frog, or whatever other mystical powers and talismans are at hand to break this accursed Edu injury Mojo

One injury can cause imbalances or changes in habits leading to other injuries. I wonder was it that or was in caused by contact?

03-lmfao Classic post. Hope his recovery is swift, even if it requires modern medicine.
