I think they highlight of the half so far was that Amari Williams nasty rejection of Sam Pinkney, forcing the 7 footer to the floor.

U4 59-51. Big 3 by Oden Jr.

That was a big time shot by Oden. With Drexel up 7, they took the possession down to less than 10, and that shot came with the shot clock expiring. Nice to see plenty of big time plays by freshman in this series.

Not the dominant performance like last night, but a real solid win none the less. 70-58 is the final.

Only 7 turnovers. 20-24 from the line. Very encouraging. Game was not as easy but it was never crazy tight either, we kept them at arms length the entire way and never let them go on any big runs. Very nice to see.

trying to not get too high on this team...but i like what i see. pulled out another one of my drexel basketball sweatshirts and plan to wear it around this weekend. i'm wanting to rekindle my days as an undergrad where i wore a drexel basketball sweatshirt just about every day.

i guess we're all looking for distractions right now. if nothing else i have something to do sunday afternoon. even trying to look at the eagles as just something to do. that's all. no expectations.
