Sun Bowl cancelled
Not surprisingly given the level of Covid outbreak in the El Paso area, the 2020 Sun Bowl has been cancelled. https://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/nc...468786002/

So far, among games with ACC tie-ins, the Holiday Bowl, Pinstripe Bowl and Sun Bowl have been cancelled and the Fenway Bowl has been moved to Montgomery, Alabama. However, it is not clear that the Montgomery Bowl has assumed the Fenway Bowl's tie-ins with the ACC and American.

Even with the loss of these games, it is not clear that the ACC will be capable of filling all of its tie-ins with teams with winning records, particularly if Clemson, Notre Dame and Miami are all able to earn NY6 bids. However, the NCAA has eliminated the usual requirements for having at least a .500 record, so all schools are bowl eligible and can be used to fill contractual tie-ins.
