Should be a fun game. This may help a lot of the UAB CCG talk we’ve been hearing lately.

Would make more sense for divisional opponents to play each other first

Would have been nice. We drew the rougher opponent though and it’s in the road not at home.

The only possible problem with that plan is the UAB/MT game is scheduled for Sunday. With USM playing FAU the following week on Thursday it may have been where USM wasn't available on Sunday assuming that was the only day UAB could do it. Good thought process though on the UAB/USM coulda been.

I’d would rather have played USM in Birmingham but this is the next best thing. We will still have home field advantage. Lol

Playing USM this year would have been tough. I’m glad we skipped them. Taking odds better than -20 always make me nervous.

To make this a fair game, I think MTSU should be allowed to play with 12 men on the field versus UAB.
