Caa did JMU a favor/ I’d rather play 2 at UNCW then 1 at Delaware and 1 at UNCW. Seahawks looks to play with the same pace as JMU but with weak D. I like that matchup better than Delaware who likes to play half court and has a formidable big in Painter, the Villanova transfer.

With the UNCW series postponed for this week JMU will travel to Elon to play 1 this week before hosting Hofstra this weekend.

Guess it's really fortunate we didn't play UD last weekend right?

Yes just saw that they are paused for two weeks so we could have had some spread into our program.

Yeah, I’ve got to think the schools understand that you should always play now rather than planning to play later. No future plans are guaranteed at all.

Two things unrelated- next years game vs UVA in The Bank was announced as Tuesday 12/7. Also who will the Dukes now play next in conference play this season (after tomorrow can Hofstra)?

Hearing that the final game against Drexel will now be on Friday the 26th at 4 PM.

Drexel is coming off a poor showing in the Ncaas
Mason and Fordham will have new coaches as will Hofstra and College of Charleston

Should make for some good story lines

Yep

That’s two really solid mid major coaches in NY (Tim Cluess) that had to retire due to health issues.

Saw he is taking a reassignment for health reasons.

I'll likely hit the 3 Saturday/Sunday games.

During the week are not an easy pull for me.

Hard to believe that Wooden is the only member from the 2019-2020 squad still on the roster.

The positive: nice OoC games at home.

The negative: it's not good when there's not one team within your conference that is referred to as one of the "marquee" home games. You think the Tarheels believe the Blue Devels are a "marquee" game? Radford beats out every CAA team as a drawing card for our fans. I'll admit there's not a Sunbelt or MAC team that would make the cut as a big draw for MBB either. We need to be in the AAC.
