Palermo
One of my observations of the game was that Isaiah Palermo brought good energy to the game when he was in. That was the biggest thing I was afraid we would miss from Kamani leaving. It will be interesting to see how all these games in short order give opportunities to players and see who surprises us. It was hard to see the bench very well on TV but I couldn’t spot Alsean Evans and had expected him to get solid minutes. Anyone have any info on him?

About 2 weeks ago, my wife ran into him while at UAMS. He was there to get an MRI on his hip. Really didn't give her anymore details. I'm worried that his not seeing the court is not a good sign. Of course, it would even be a worse sign if he didn't make the trip to Louisville.

I didn’t see Alsean on the bench either. Either he’s injured for awhile or he’s got covid. I also didn’t see our walk-ins there either. Maybe we will figure it out soon.

However Coach Walker said he will give Yacine Toume some minutes soon but yesterday’s close game probably didn’t help him for playing time.
