Virtual season ticket buying
From my experience getting the virtual season ticket package with additional cutouts, here's the process.

Select the level you would like, Green/Gold/Pride. It will ask you how many tickets, enter the number of cutouts you want to get, then click "Find Seats".

Next select either "gd-Gold" or "pr-Pride" as the first ticket type, then "adtt-Additional Fan Cut-Out" as the additional ticket types.

That's it. There's a form to submit the pictures for the cutouts from the virtual season ticket page, along with guidelines on the pictures.

Did you pay the extra $5 fee also?

Yeah, it was a service fee. Was there a way not to pay the $5?

Ok I got my season ticket and I see how to submit my picture for the cutout and how to request my t-shirt size. How will I access the chalk talk, watch party, and other digital goodies? The purchase email is just a receipt.

As best as I can tell, we'll get an email once those things start. I'm assuming they're waiting so that they can do more altogether and not as many one offs.

RE: Virtual season ticket buying
Does anyone know how all of this will affect our seat selections next year? Will it be as if we skipped a year and we’ll still get first dibs on the seats we had last year?

The virtual season tickets have no relation to getting your same seats for next year. You can lock in the 19-20 price for 21-22 if you get the $250 package, but that's the only potential impact.

When do we receive the different merchandise boxes? I’ve emailed a couple people in the athletics dept and have received no answer.

Zero with me also, understand they are short of staff and overwhelmed but still not the way to build fan loyalty or goodwill....

They sent me a detailed response. My mistake for missing some things, especially when my fan cutout is sitting behind Tomlin, Laycock and McDermott. Gift boxes were shipping delayed and go out this week.

You’re behind them - I’m in the same row with them. I had no idea I was football royalty haha.

RE: Virtual season ticket buying
I have received the virtual ticket merchandise.
Two shipments were involved. The first package contained shirts and inexpensive items. The second delivery contained a high qualify duffel, tumbler and ski cap.
I bought two tickets so i received a total of four boxes.
This is not cheap stuff. It's nice but duplicates merchandise that I already have.
If they are so desperate for funds, I don't know how they can afford this considering the modest price of the virtual tickets.
It was a great idea for fan engagement if the funds are available.
If they would give us an update on the funding goal they announced, it might prompt some additional donations.
