Been saying it all year...

Gotta give him more touches...

Pollard is going to get you more 0 yard runs but he is also going to break more big ones.

Ike has a source ×ho who says Tony Pollard will be a Redskin , Ike has convinced the Redskins that Tony and Antonio will be a UNBELIEVABLE combo
Antonio had a good game today.

Well its hard for RB's to get touches when you are down by multiple scores most of the game. And that is exactly what has been happening most of the season.

The cowboys are in the midst of a nightmare year thanks to massive injuries and major coaching changes in the middle of a pandemic. They have had to all but abandoned the run game most of the season and are missing multiple pro bowl players on the offensive line.

The more competitive the team is playing the more chances at touches he is going to get. If they continue to fall behind early in games its going to limit his chances.

They have played better the last 2-3 games, so he may get more carries down the stretch.

lol

Pollard is under contract through 2022 and is not going anywhere, the Jones' and the cowboys staff are extremely high on him.

Your source is clueless.

It is easy for Pollard to get more touches if you take them away from 'Zeke.

Very simple solution.

You would take the ball out of E.Elliott's hands? Ok......

Zeke looked like his old self last night. Waited for some holes to open, ran hard and physical. He's been running behind a makeshift OL all season because of injuries, but moving Martin to tackle and getting Steele off the field seemed to be the trick.

Ya, I like Pollard but Elliot is arguably the best RB in the NFL...

I definitely would...

Elliot has not been nearly as efficient and he has put the ball on the ground.

From a fantasy perspective, I've been following Zeke's career since he was drafted. (I have him in a keeper league. Drafted him his rookie year) This has been his worst year by far. He was struggling before Prescott got hurt.

The shelf life of a RB in the NFL aint long. Deangelo splitting carries all those years was a blessing in disguise for him. Shawn Alexander went from league MVP to out of league in about 2 -3 seasons.

Let's not get crazy! Zeke is still Zeke. And he's 25 yo.

That's the problem with the fantasy prospective, its totally devoid of the reality on the field. There is no RB in the NFL who was not going to have a very ugly first half of the season running behind Dallas' 3rd string offensive line with 4 different starting QB's. They simply were not able to open holes and sustain blocks most of the first 8 games. They were easily one of the 5 worst offensive lines in the NFL.

There is not a coach in the NFL who would pull Elliott for Pollard, Pollard is not an every down back. He is an explosive change of pace back who can create big plays when used right. Most of his big plays come on passing downs when they surprise the defense with a run and he is able to get in the open field with ease and use his quickness. But for sustaining drives, power running and short yardage he is no where near the back Elliott is.

It is a very similar situation to what Henderson went through with Gurley last season. You have a superstar running back who is being paid huge money, who isn't being appreciably more productive per touch.

Pollard
4 years, $3.7 million
5.1 yards per carry
42 longest carry
6.0 yards per reception
18 yards longest reception
0 fumbles

Elliott
6 years, $90 million
3.9 yards per carry
24 longest carry
6.6 yards per reception
19 yards longest reception
5 fumbles

Maybe they see Pollard as their future. Could be they want to trade Elliott in the off-season and need to keep his numbers up. Season is shot anyway. Just a thought.

Tony will be traded but, per source Zeke could be traded would. Bring multiple pics like
Hershel Walker. Redskins r working on Tony, could trade first pick for him.
