I felt really good about Quad early in the year, but he almost seems like he's gotten more careless as the season goes on. Seems like we finish the year with him, though, and hopefully he gets enough work in over the offseason that the job is his to lose next year. Kid's still 19 years old, right?

Exactly. And as much as I am at the front of the line to see the CC and CSE clown show leave Atlanta, we have to reasonably assume that any staff doesn't evaluate and say "Hey let's start the not the best option to run out offense" . Nobody has as a goal, "Let's get fired!" .

In a nutshell this dude is not the answer. Even the last place he was an assistant doesn't want him back and they are looking at least two HCs form this conference.
