Tigers vs SFA by the numbers
Almost didn't produce this week due to just how big of a joke the stats are.

SFA is listed in top 20 of every category. Part of that is due to productivity but a lot of it has to do with there being only 17 FCS teams playing this season.

Their QB does have some decent numbers with a 13.57 yards per completion average not being too shabby no matter how many FCS teams are playing.

We need to score as much as we can and hope that a potentially higher level of talent will help our defense to find a way to slow their offense down.

They allow less than 200 yards a game passing. So the running game must find a way to take up some of the slack, but they give up only 150 yards a game rushing.

We haven't covered the spread in a while. We may not do it again Saturday, but hopefully, the losing to UT Martin days are over and we no longer stumble when we play FCS schools.

But if we assume we can just walk out there and get the win., then it could be trouble.

The question is will the Tigers be ready to come out and make a statement on Senior day with the likelihood of making the title game this year very remote.

I looked at their roster and frankly they look like a team with talent that never plays up to their talent level. So, that being said....I guess if they ever decide to play as a team with focus and dedication....they could be dangerous. We should win this one easily based on past performance. But...I look at their roster and think.....can these SFA 3 star players and transfers from big time programs not put one big game together....hopefully MEMPHIS is not their motivation.

Story on the game. SFA comes in on a 6 game winning streak but it appears they have a lot of injuries and will be playing some rather inexperienced players.
