Technically Fubo is $60. You can opt out of the enhanced DVR and 3rd stream. They just don't really advertise it

Not nearly as many. My area has about 4,000 people and we have one choice if we want fast internet. If I want slower broadband I can go local and pay 30 more a month.

Yes, and in some rural places, the only internet company in town may also be the cable company, which means if you cut the cord, you're really only getting rid of their cable service, you're still an internet customer, and since they may give you a discount for having internet and cable, you lose that discount if you cut the cable, so it's hard to save money by cord-cutting.

I pay $70 for internet and I guess now $70 for Hulu with no ads. It’s too much IMO but it’s convenient and Hulu has a lot of shows

I'm happy with my AT&T TV Now but since I was grandfathered in, then it's a good deal. I see have A&E etc, though I don't even watch it. I find myself watching Peacock a lot now and HBO Max. I get Hulu with my Spotify membership for free. If ESPN ever goes the OTT route, I'll drop AT&T TV Now because mostly all the big games go to OTA and you can catch a game you must see at a bar (once the pandemic is over).

At $64.99 per month, Hulu's live TV bundle, which includes over 65 live channels and access to Hulu's content library, with ads, now costs the same as YouTube TV's subscription. Hulu has over 36 million subscribers, the company reported in November, and streaming services have seen increased engagement since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.

When I cut the cord 3 to 5 years ago I already had left cable for Dish or Direct TV.... I was paying 88 bucks a month and had to haggle over satellite prices every few years to get it to 88. So when I add my 70 cable bill to my 70 Hulu bill I am actually still saving money... Crazy to think how much I was paying for cable and satellite all those years.

That's a car payment.

It’s his money though. That’s the thing about cable and these OTT services. They’re all personal decisions, might not work for you, but works for others.

Well, the breakdown is like this:

Internet connection .......... $70

Cable TV ......................... $140

Stream Services .............. $26

If I was living alone, I would cut the cord and just get internet plus streaking for about $130 a month. But my wife likes a bunch of cable TV channels and shows, so we all have to be accomodated.

FWIW, I drive a 2009 Suzuki, haven't had a car payment in 10 years, LOL.
