CMU Week
The gales of November are here.

$50 on the Bronco moneyline.

We’d burn CMU at Ford Field. Playing at Moehill Unpleasant will be more challenging.

LET’S RIDE!!!!

That is some good value right there. I might follow suit.

MI going to back to Stage 2 Covid restrictions.

I wonder what impact (if any) it will have on the state’s college football games.

...or HS playoff games which will have (would have had?) Regional championships this weekend.

Michigan’s restrictions appear to only allow professional sports. Thinking we aren’t playing these next few weeks, folks.

What is or are the triggers in the Mitten?

A State dictated "positive level" or if either team tested positive (with tracing)?

It’s not even a trigger at this point, all organized non-professional sports are shutdown until December 8th.

It sounds like some NCAA sports are exempt though. I would assume that includes football.

I get the feeling this game script will be a lot like Toledo. Anyone have some real pregame analysis??

RE: CMU Week
I don't see MAC games getting cancelled unless a team has an outbreak. The conferences that initially didn't cancel are going to power thru, which means those that initially cancelled have to go w/ them. How pissed would Ohio St & Indiana be having to shut 'er down?

I'm against the lockdowns, but a half-ass lockdown like this seems worthless to me. Lock it all down or don't

She probably can't without cooperation of GOP-controlled legislature, and that ain't happenin'.

Isn’t the key to march it down eating clock putting 6 up most possessions utilizing a balanced attack keeping the D off the turf as long as possible and not letting their O get in rhythm?

RE: CMU Week
1) Politics aside, I fully back the health professionals. We are going to enjoy our Thanksgiving with my immediate family -- and my extended family is cool with that.

2) I'm extremely worried about this game. The fact that CMU is hosting doesn't factor in at all -- it's like we're playing at neutral field. I point to Wisconsin blowing up Michigan at the big house. I think we have the talent to beat them but when it comes to coaching, I give CMU the slight edge. I hope I'm wrong and we throttle them but I'm worried. Go Broncos!

Hopefully Coach is iterating to the team & staff how important social distancing & masks are.
