Well, there goes any chance of SMU playing in the CCG.

They could make up that game still. I think both are open on 12/12.

It appeared from the information on the AAC board that SMU was the reason for the postponement, so they'll probably have to make up two.

I read that Houston was the reason for the postponement. Houston already has a makeup game with Memphis scheduled on Dec. 5. So the SMU game would have to be on Dec. 12.

If the AAC had not move the CCG to 12/19 UC could have pulled a really slick move. If we win the next 2 (maybe even 1 of the next 2) UC suddenly has another "Covid" issue and cancels the trip to Tulsa again. So sitting at 9-0 we host the game @Nippert on the 12th.

Could be 2 weeks with contract tracing.

BTW I think the AAC moved the Tulsa game from 12/4 to 12/12 or are trying to.

They want us to play Tulsa on 12/12 so Tulsa and Navy can play on 12/5.

Tell the AAC to kiss our arse as they never have done us any favors.

Let's just hope Tulsa doesn't crap the bed against Tulane tonight.

Well Tulsa QB starter out of game for now. Went to locker room no word on what is wrong.

Neither Tulsa nor Tulane could beat UC. UC would have to give the game away against either team.

In fact, UCF might be the only AAC team that could beat UC, and I am not certain even they could beat UC without UC giving the game away.

Tulane has been able to run against Tulsa. Just don't have a kicker to be able to get a FG.

Lol Tulsa. Down 7-0 in the 3rd, they go for it on 4th down on their OWN 29. Now 14-0 Tulane.

Well this won’t help the perception of our schedule, but it just shows how deep the American is in recent years IMO.

I don't know if I'd call it depth...Tulsa just isn't that good of a team IMO. How in the world did they beat UCF?

RE: AAC games that matter for AAC Champ game
It doesn't help matters when Tulsa's starting QB goes out early with an injury and now the third stringer is in. On the flip, Tulane may be playing some of its best football right now after winning three straight including a crusher over Army last week.
