Looks like it is gonna be a long (shortened) season. Rockets had the much better play for 80 or so minutes and a 1-0 lead and then seemed to just get lazy. Gave up a very late goal on a corner, and then another in OT on a poor defensive effort. NIU is not one of the better teams in the league.

Announcers said the team has been hit by a huge number of injuries. I heard them say Bauer, Troy and Medalle all out for the year with injuries - all starters. Sullivan didn't play so maybe her too. Cahalan not available today. By my count they started only 2 upperclasswomen.
