No way we’ll be able to makeup UTEP, UNT, and Rice before the scheduled CUSA Championship now. Damnit

If it is over, what a disappointing season. Two Belt teams in the Top 25, smfh. UAB seems to never miss an opportunity to miss an opportunity.

Well....
I guess that LaTech game was as important as we though it was.

The season was doomed from the get-go. Don't understand why most of you are treating and investing emotionally into this season like any other season.

This odd season has turned out to be an opportunity for the G5+ (BYU, Army, Liberty). Two ranked independents not named Notre Dame. The AAC has a Top 10 team, the Belt has 2 top 25 teams and CUSA has its highest ranked team in a while with Marshall.
The AAC is down a football member right now and we haven't exactly made our case. UAB had a chance to make some noise but we blew it and now we might finish this season like we finished last season, losing our last two games. Not the kind of momentum we needed moving into the new stadium.

It'll make for good reading when they write the book or make the movie.
"Things didn't go well after the Appalachian state loss. Covid fell over the country. Conferences were perplexed with how to move forward..yada yada yada.
UAB loss to Miami on prime time. The home winning streak was broken by the Ragin Cajuns. A promising conference schedule was derailed by a loss at LaTech and the cancellation of two games by Covid. Things did not look good for the Blazers as they prepared to move into the new Protective Stadium, but things would begin to look up in 2021 as the Blazers.....(cliff hanger!!!)"

UAB at UTEP Football Game on Nov. 20 Canceled
I’m not supposed to tell anyone but what the hell...season’s over anyway. The AAC told us we could have a bid so long as we didn’t lose to La Tech in the meantime.
CUSA got word of the deal and that’s why we got screwed on that TD call.

Better be "replaced their offensive coordinator" or we will be heading towards a cliff.

How about a yoga instructor played by either Kevin Hart or The Rock who will help decrease their penalties.
