Will the Supreme Court null and void the election in states that have fraud proven? To me, you have to go back to the last point where there seemed to be no fraud and that is when they paused counting. If that were to happen. Trump wins WI, MI, PA,NC, GA, etc...

You have to find the fraudulent votes.

Its difficult.

Now the state legislature could refuse to send electors if they thought it was unclear who won. But the Supreme Court is not going to do that.

If Trump wins his challenge of the PA Scotus changing election law extra Constitutionally by allowing late receipt of mail in ballots after 11/3...
the US Scotus might've ruled that the PA votes received after 8 pm on 11/3 would be invalidated.

In his ruling prior to the election Justice Alito ordered that ballots received after that deadline were to be set aside and kept separate from other ballots. However the PA SOS Kathy Boockvar thumbed her nose at the order and did not order the set aside in direct violation of the order.

Gonna guess Justice Alito, upon hearing that she didn't set them aside. might not look kindly on Boockvar's willful disobedience.

What is the remedy if the SOS failed to set aside the ballots in question?

This particular suit has an amicus brief attached to it form 10 siting AGs who are very concerned about setting precedence if the extraConstitutional actions by the PA Scotus are allowed to stand.

So you are saying you hope that results stand as they are and it is proven that we have proper checks and balances in place to ensure that all of the accusations didn't occur.

Because in order for these results to not be valid it means that we had over 100,000 votes cast fraudulently. Surely that would mean our election process is not reliable and has the ability to be manipulated by fraud.

So I would venture to say that any reasonable person would feel it is better for the country for it to proven that the election process is not susceptible for hundreds of thousands of ballots to be cast and the only way to catch them is through the court system

I would think any reasonable person would feel it is better to know the truth regardless of what it is. If our elections are not secure, let's find out now. Then we can enact protections to prevent it in the future. Or we could just pretend everything is OK and let 50 million conservatives lose even more faith in the shitshow that is the federal government.

Yes wins this fight.. Meaning that the process becomes transparent, meaning let's recount the votes and if there are irregularities let's bring them to light. You and your ilk are content with keeping the status quo.

If we had one vote cast fraudulently that's too many, NO MATTER WHO IT WAS CAST FOR.
