I wouldn't quite go that far with it - yet. Notre Dame and Miami can add some credibility to the conference in most years. Florida State and Virginia Tech seem to be in the death throes since Bowden and Beemer left those programs. I don't expect Va Tech to make a huge comeback anytime soon, but Florida State could. Maybe.
