We've lost to three pretty good teams. Cincy is the best of those teams. Didn't make the connection that Fickell was the defensive play caller for the 2014 Ohio St. title team. Interesting that both of the play callers for that team would end up coaching in this league and for our respective teams. Wish we could've gotten as much out of Herman as yall have gotten out of Fickell. Best of luck Bearcats, win out!

When will coaches learn that the top of the AAC is better than 95% of p5 schools? Idk if holgs is the future of uh football, but I really want you guys to be good again!

I certainly won't pile on Houston. We were in the same position just a few short years ago. Good game, Coogs. Hope Holgs doesn't end up being your Tuberville, despite my worst fears.

So far he's been much worse than that. Tubbs at least made a few bowls. Only bowl Dana's taking us to is the toilet bowl. Its a shame both of our programs can't seem to click at the same time. Basketball season can't get here soon enough!

I have the same sentiments about a strong Houston team. The league is better off.

I agree...and as a fan of a team that had a similar thing happen to them with a flat tire coach, I really do feel for the Coogs Fans.

I enjoyed the win, liked the dominating performance by the cats.
I'm not going to gloat because I have always respected the Houston program.

UH has talent, history and a lot of great recruits close by. Good rivalry, it always a fun game. Good luck the rest of the year.

I'm not ready to say UCF won't win in Orlando. Cincinnati is definitely the team to beat but UCF will give them all they can handle. Can't wait for the game.

Yeah---so far Im afraid Holgerson is our Tuberville.....and we are stuck with him for a while. Im thinking he really doesnt care anymore...so, maybe more June Jones than Tuberville.

Clemson was never going to drop below us without Lawrence playing and Florida/Georgia winner was also going to be ahead of us. Unfortunately though Texas A&M moved ahead of us.

Hopefully Fickell and Co use that as motivation. I still believe we have a path to the playoff. We just need to keep winning and a lot of the help will come out way and hopefully we get a few breaks to get a Playoff Bid.
