Cajuns are trying to win this game by sleep walking I see

AState leads 3-0 with 27 seconds left in the first quarter. It could be worse, but we missed a 20 yard field goal earlier.

Cajuns punting again. I have no idea why they are ignoring the deep pass, but no one tell them that's the best way to beat us.

It was a late night. alarm is set for 12:30.

6-0 AState after another field goal.

Cajuns drive all the way to the AState 1. Get stopped on 3 straight plays, and then they draw up a Blake Anderson Special double reverse of 4th and goal from the half yard line.

Unfortunately for them, our defense is used to ridiculous trick play calls as well. Ended in a 5 yard loss.

AState leads 6-0 at half.

WE SHUT OUT A TEAM FOR A HALF!!!!!!!!!

I will say this, if you've hit a point where you're trying a ridiculous trick play to beat our defense, something is terribly wrong with your confidence in your offense.

This game is hard to watch!! Obvious (at least to me) Napier doesn’t really trust Lewis throwing the ball. Stack the box and you stop our offense.

FYI, Dahu Green, the 2nd half of our 2 headed receiving monster is out for the season with an injury. He intends to use the extra year granted to him by the NCAA and return next season.

Bonner throws a ridiculously bad interception, but the Red Wolves defense holds on downs. Still 7-6

I’m having a hard time determining if the Cajuns are good or not. Are they good and just play up or down to their competition? Or are they an average team? At the very least, it appears last year’s Cajun team was much better. What are Louisiana fans’ thoughts?
