Remaining undefeated teams before week 10
Short post this week as my computer died and doing on my phone.

Teams with 1st Loss Week 9:
Oklahoma State
Rutgers
Michigan
Colorado State
Hawaii
New Mexico

Maximum number of Undefeated Teams at the End of the Regular Season:
10: BYU, Liberty/Coastal Carolina, Alabama, Notre Dame/Clemson, Cincinnati, Marshall, and the champs of the Big Ten, PAC-12, Mountain West, and MAC
-This is a drop of 1 as the Big 12 is the first to have no possible undefeated teams with the loss of Oklahoma State.

Percent of Undefeateds with 1st Loss:
Week 1: 6.5% (5 of 77)
Week 2: 18.1% (13 of 72)
Week 3: 13.6% (8 of 59)
Week 4: 33.33% (17 of 51)
Week 5: 35.3% (12 of 34)
Week 6: 22.7% (5 of 22)
Week 7: 7.5% (5 of 67) -Added 50 teams to list.
Week 8: 24.2% (15 of 62)
Week 9: 12.8% (6 of 47)

Week 9 Thoughts:
-Oklahoma State lost, but still remains Big 12's best hope at a team in CFP. They are the only team left with 1 loss. It will take lot at this point to get a team in. That helps (in the order I see most likely): the PAC-12 champ (who wil be hurt by only playing 6 games before the confernce championship), a second team from another conference, or maybe Cincinnati/BYU/Boise State.

Week 10 Thoughts:
-PAC-12 and MAC start this week so we finally have everyone playing.

BYU @ Boise State (Friday): BYU has to win out for NY6 most likely. Boise might need to as well. Very big game between 2 undefeateds.

Florida vs. Georgia: winner likely will take SEC East.

Clemson vs. Notre Dame: Winner will lead in the ACC.

Remaining Undefeated Teams: ACC: 2, American: 1, Big Ten: 5, Big 12: 0, Conference USA: 1, MAC: 12, Mountain West: 4, PAC-12: 12, SEC: 1, Sun Belt: 1, independents: 2, total: 41

RE: Remaining undefeated teams before week 10
I’m excited about playing BYU tonight. I do think BYU wins in a shootout. My bold NY6 predictions today:

CFP

Rose: #2 Ohio St vs #3 Clemson
Sugar: #1 Alabama vs #4 Texas A&M
NCG: #1 Alabama vs #3 Clemson - CLEMSON WINS

Other NY6

Orange: Miami vs Georgia
Fiesta: Oregon vs BYU
Cotton: Oklahoma vs Notre Dame
Peach: Wisconsin vs Cincinnati
