Probably a good miss this year. They are really good, spanking Boise State in Boise... and they already have a 7-0 record.

They have an outside shot at being in the playoffs.

Lucky for BYU that they are not playing us this year. It would upset them terribly to get their first loss.

RE: BYU
The last few years, BYU has been bugged by Utah overtaking them as that state's prominent program. It truly is the Holy War rivalry, with much hatred between the two, especially since Utes got PAC-12 invite and BYU didn't. Losing to NIU didn't help BYU's rep in state either.
Covid changed everything in BYU's favor. The Cougars have gotten all the attention by being only team out west to originally opt to play football, while Utah was hamstrung by draconian conference rules.
Finally, Utah was set to play first game today and had to shut it down because of too many players with virus. Meanwhile, BYU puts hammer down on No. 25 BSU (playing without starting QB) to further shore up top 10 ranking.
What a difference a year makes, with Utes one win away from making College Football Playoffs and BYU was struggling to stay afloat.

Would have been cool having a top 10 team play in DeKalb though.

I was wondering what would happen to those that won the auctions like this, the Maryland trip, etc.
seeds99 and I went on one of these trips before and it was an incredible experience.
