They only have standing to sue a public institution—they have no standing to block another private citizen from seeking to access the court system.
I think our government has become so corrupt there is no way to clean it up. The SCOTUS will sweep this under the rug because they will be terrified of the results of uncovering the amount of corruption and criminal activity going on here. People’s votes are their connection to this country. Render that connection worthless and all hell breaks loose. We will be told that nothing happened here. We will be told there was no fraud. We will be told to accept the trick. We will be told it’s democracy. We will be told lies.

If people don't have the vote they don't have a buyin to the government. That's why I belive even if there was mass fraud it would never be revealed because no one has any incentive to legitimize people questioning their vote
Quote:HARRISBURG — In their latest attempt at sowing doubt in Pennsylvania’s 2020 election, a group of state Republicans has latched onto rhetoric coming from President Donald Trump and his legal advisers about voting machines used in 14 counties during the November election.
Trump, his campaign lawyer Rudy Giuliani, and attorney Sidney Powell have without evidence accused Dominion Voting Systems of deleting and switching votes, despite a report from a federal agency that found no proof the machines were compromised “in any way.”
Now, state Republicans including Reps. Seth Grove (R., York) and Dawn Keefer (R., York) have begun echoing Trump’s distrust of Dominion’s machines, despite the fact that Trump won in 12 of the 14 Pennsylvania counties that use the company’s devices. Trump lost to President-elect Joe Biden in the state by more than 81,000 votes.

Thanks, but no need to defend me from that asshat.
Quote:WASHINGTON (AP) — Attorney General William Barr said Tuesday the Justice Department has not uncovered evidence of widespread voter fraud that would change the outcome of the 2020 presidential election.
His comments come despite President Donald Trump’s repeated claims that the election was stolen, and his refusal to concede his loss to President-Elect Joe Biden.
In an interview with The Associated Press, Barr said U.S. attorneys and FBI agents have been working to follow up specific complaints and information they’ve received, but they’ve uncovered no evidence that would change the outcome of the election.

that's what happens when the familia comes to 'play' with family....
AP has published interview with Barr. They lead all to believe Barr says there's no election fraud, period.
As usual, MSM can't be trusted. Barr basically said Trump lawyers need to go through CIVIL LAWSUITS to address Dominion instead of CRIMINAL SYSTEM AT DOJ.
"Barr said people were confusing use of federal criminal justice system with allegations that should be made in civil lawsuits. He said such a remedy for those complaints would be a top-down audit conducted by state or local officials, not DOJ"
