MyBB James Wiseman
02-13-banana According to ESPN's Brian Windhorst James is already afraid of some good old fashion competition. He does not want the Minnesota Timberwolves to select him with the number one pick. He does not want to battle for minutes at center next to Wolves All Star Karl Anthony Towns who is a former Kentucky Wildcat
Maybe he just not want to live in Minnesota !!!!!

RE: James Wiseman
He can always come back here and coach the defensive backs. Can't do any worse than what we've got coaching them now.

no matter how good the db's are, if you can't get pressure on the opposing QB then it's wraps.

Still don't understand all the hate for the kid....

Manning said he refused to play for the chargers.

This is not new. He doesn't think it is a good fit in Minny...Nowhere does he say he is afraid.

.....why would we want our defensive backs to quit ? I mean permanently ....not like our entire team did (coaches included) against Cincinnati .

Yeah, he doesn't fit. They are traditionally a terrible team. Minnesota won't draft him anyway.

Doubt it's competition related. Karl is soft. Butler left for a reason.

I really don’t like Manning. Bad example.

I'd love to see him get buried in Cleveland or Detroit. NBADraft.net has him going 9th. I can't see him dropping that much. I hope he does.

He got bad advice for sure. Not playing last year creates more questions about his heart, desire to play, compete at a high level and leadership qualities.

The suspension was a gift. He was exposing himself to less risk by playing less games. If he was rusty, he would have gotten a pass and if he did well he would have been a high pick and probably would have picked up a few tens of millions of endorsement money.

I'm with Wiseman, why would you wanna go to a team where they already have a starting established player in your position

Peeing outdoors is very underrated.

He got bad advice in High School and in college before he was suspended but I am not sure the advice not to play was bad advice when he is predicted to be a top 3 pick.

In certain frozen times of year, it is over rated, and shrinkage, just shrinkage
