Poor Jim Harbaugh who I do like, is not getting the job done at UM. If he goes, is Matt Campbell a candidate for Michigan? The media loves him (which I still cannot understand) so what are all of your thoughts?

Who cares about Matt Campbell? I don’t.

I like Campbell. He needs to win the Big12 I think... Fickle and some others may be ahead on the totem pole.

Be interesting to see if Fickle gets a look. No way for MC yet. Hasn't shown better results than JH. Do agree that it is time for a change in AA. The MSU loss might have been one of the worst IMO that was not to OSU.

Hard to keep Harbaugh unless he defeats OSU

Campbell loses the games he should win at ISU. That’s a problem for him.

It's hard to believe that Harbaugh still has a job. That's a lot of money for an empty trophy case. I don't know what they answer is, but I don't think it's Campbell. With exception of OSU, The Big Ten is a wasteland of what used to be and is a hard sell anymore to top recruits.

Pretty much the same sentiment towards MC here... And as someone else mentioned, he loses games at ISU he should win ... But then again, so does Jason Candle with UT...

I think Harbaugh is realizing the success at OSU (starting with Meyer 9 seasons ago) has made it difficult to get the top talent out of Ohio (and Florida with Meyers connections down there). They just don't have that national appeal anymore and he hasn't helped to get it back.

The only saving grace for Michigan is probably Ryan Day at OSU now. Not sold on him after seeing the stupid penalties and lack of execution against Clemson last year and against Penn State last week. Still, he has the talent to "lay 100 on Michigan" like he promised...

..and I was referring to Campbell losing to Northern Ill., then getting another chance at the MAC West, but lost to Western Mich. in the season finale. Both in the Glass Bowl and both losses within 24 days, and those were the only losses on the season. That was his parting gift to us in 2015.
