RE: 31%
It doesn’t have to be 31%, half that would be more than enough.

yep. MI & PA would be toast for Biden if Trump gets a 15% support level.

RE: 31%
Not that any single person could control what any demographic does---but it would be incredibly smart for African Americans to not be a group that virtually only votes for one party (regardless of what party it is). Voting only for one party causes that party to largely take you for granted. Its like how people who always just renew with their current auto/home insurance carrier generally pay significantly higher rates for insurance than those who shop their policies every year. A spit vote means BOTH parties will court that demographic--likely with specific policies that would benefit that group.

That’s a great point, unfortunately, Joe says this demo has no diversity of thought so they have to vote the same way.

RE: 31%
He's gonna get a higher % of the latino/hispanic/brown (geeez, what do we use these days?) as well. If there's one thing that demo wants and likes it's jobs and making $$$.
And even with this chinese knock on our economy for the time being, there are jobs a-plenty out there for those willing to look and/or make a change.

If this is true (I personally doubt it) both sides can stop spending money on TV ads.

RE: 31%
No way is this true, at least on a national level. It'll be 8% tops. I don't see them flocking to the Democrats at Obama levels tho & think they'll stay home
