Always had a feeling he would never make it here. Something seems fishy about his whole situation

What's the point of posting this click-baity stuff? Tell us or don't mention it. Otherwise you just come off as somebody pretending to be an insider.

Lol "I want you to know that I know, but I don't want to tell you" Classic message board stuff right there.

In August, on a previous Stokes thread, the Street told Ike it was all good. What happed to the Street the last 2 months?

I wonder if it's too late for Stokes to switch back to football. I assume he's too light to play OT for the caliber teams that were recruiting him for football in high school.

I was looking forward to seeing him try to come back and achieve some of that potential.
We obviously are recruiting over him and don't need him nearly as much now as we did a year ago. If he's BOH, it's a shame for him - not necessarily the team.
He is still listed on the roster today.

Can’t play football if you can’t come on campus.

If Alabama was recruiting him to play football, I doubt we were ever in the mix for him.

Word on the street is the people who say they know about Stokes, really don't have a clue.

Now that sounds serious.

Not an inside, one of my clients does all the camps with Penny and is very close to the basketball program. He's literally at every practice and function. I'm not going to come in here and throw all the details of his situation on here, I'll just say that it's highly unlikely he plays. I hoe things work out but what happened with him in the spring is kinda serious and it'll take a lot for the university to get past this.

I'm probably the only one, but kinda I like the way that Coach Hardaway and Coach Silverfield don't air dirty laundry. They don't publicly throw kids under the bus. They handle discipline issues quietly and move on.

Discipline stuff with Pastner was always a big soap opera.

IKE:
Why can't 21 year old college kids just make logical decisions? I guess that would make for a boring message board.

Pastner was weird. It was like he wanted everything to be about him. I think he thought he was the only one that knew anything about basketball and we were just supposed to shut up and admire what a great job he was doing with the program. He gave us a break leaving. And then we got the laziest sob ever that made it worse. At least that's how I see it.
