Rockets-Miami picked as Division champs
Apparently the media thinks we’ll win. BG picked fifth in the East.

Seems like we are often picked first, but seldom live up to expectations. I am optimistic this year. Offensive line is solid. The new defensive coaches should help Immensely. JC has assembled an excellent staff. Excited for some football.

The team needs a starting QB. This should have been decided by now. Someone needs to take the first team snaps in the week leading up to the BG game. Candle needs to make the decision. He can play the #2 and even the #3 guy for some snaps during the game but the team needs to know who is leading the offense.

Would guess our #1 has been named and is taking the first team snaps this week. No media/coverage is allowing good preparation without distraction.
Hoping for a good start and BIG win over BG.

This is the only way the conference can get Miami and Toledo to play

Both of the favorites get what could be their toughest challenges this week. Toledo at Western and Miami at Buffalo. Both of the favorites have what could be their toughest games on the road - although Toledo hosting Central could still be their toughest game for the season - and it is the last game of the regular season. Same day as OSU-Michigan in Columbus. Hope the Ohio teams both capture wins on that day.

RE: Rockets-Miami picked as Division champs
Miami got spanked by Buffalo. Miami playing without starting QB and I heard announcers say they were also missing their top 3 running backs. I was flipping back and forth between games and caught maybe 25% of the game, but everytime I flipped to that game, it took about 2 plays for Buffalo to score - or they were stuffing the Miami offense to nothing on the ground and little through the air. But, that only played a small part in how Buffalo walked through the Miami defense like they were playing BG.
