Kent put up 62 at BG. Our million dollar coach struggled to score in the second half.

2 years in a row that Kent has laid 62 on them - and BG has scored a total of about 40 in those 2 years. Time to break up the dynasty over at Kent State.

I thought the BG coach was going to work some miracles. Not too many good coaches take beatings like that in back-to-back games (35-3 and 62-17 = 97-20 so far this year). BG may be pretty happy this is only a 6 game season. They should have Akron circled on the calendar right about now..

On the plus side for BG, their highly touted transfer QB is 14-50 for a sparkling 28% completion rate and 233 yards.

Actually it was 38-3, but by all rights, the score should have been 49-0 or maybe into the 50+ category...
