Democracy Dies in Darkness

Remember when the Post introduced the Democracy Dies tagline in 2017 as a counter to Trump?

I noticed the Washington Times has their own tagline.

The Washington Times
Reliable Reporting. The Right Opinion.


After clicking on a few articles The Washington Times pops up a window trying to get you to subscribe. There's a graphic of the flag waving in the breeze with a field to enter your email address.

Under that there's two options. The first is a button that says "SIGN ME UP!" Immediately below that is a link that says, "No thanks. I prefer fake news."
