I was looking for an electrician earlier today. Some are booking as far out as mid-November. Fence repair/replacement? January...

We could sell our house this weekend and get about a 10% or more premium. Resale and new home sales are off the hook.

You better have a place to move into before you put your home up for sale here in Louisville. There is a housing shortage here. Homes are selling in hours here. Many for more than the asking price.
